Broadview – Senior Living Community at Purchase College
DTS is providing planning and site engineering services for a proposed senior living community on a 40-acre portion of the Purchase College campus. Independent living cottages and apartments and assisted living and memory care units will be located within a landscaped setting whose roadways and walkways will interconnect with the college’s circulation system. Future residents will be able to interact with Purchase students in the multipurpose Learning Commons planned for the center of the community, audit classes within the college, and attend cultural events at the Neuberger Museum of Art and The Performing Arts Center on the Purchase campus.
Our integrated, strategic approach to project planning and implementation balances the concerns of the land owner, the community, and the environment with the specific characteristics of the site, enabling us to create intelligent land use solutions.
