Marcus Partners and Trammell Crow Residential are proposing the redevelopment of a 10-acre office site in Harrison, NY with a new mixed-use development intended to attract young professionals and empty nesters. DTS is providing planning, approvals and site engineering services for the project, which will consist of 450 rental apartments with indoor and outdoor amenities, structured parking and complementary retail. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2020.
