The City of Yonkers received a Water System Advancement Award from the Westchester Water Works Conference for the water distribution system at Forest City Ratner’s Ridge Hill development in Yonkers, New York. On-site water system design and coordination was provided by DTS Provident. National and specialty retailers, a multiplex cinema, medical office facilities and residential buildings began to open at the 1.2 million regional mixed-use center in the summer of 2011.
