DTS Provident partner Jerry Schwalbe participated as a panelist at the Society for Marketing Professionals (SMPS) Westchester and Construction Institute May program at the University of Connecticut in Stamford, Connecticut.  The program, “Think Tank: Leaders Share Their Views on Developing Projects in the New Economy of Fairfield & Westchester,” focused on topics such as new trends and laws related to development; site selection, financial and engineering challenges to development and construction; and benchmarking and sustainable initiatives in lower Fairfield and Westchester counties.  For more information on SMPS, click here.
