Lighthouse Landing Venture, a joint venture between SunCal and Diversified Realty Advisors, acquired 68 acres of the former General Motors assembly plant site in Sleepy Hollow, New York on December 23rd. The mixed-use Edge-On-Hudson development will include 1,177 multi-family residential units, 135,000 square feet of retail space, 35,000 square feet of offices and a 140-room hotel, bounded by 13-acres of waterfront open space. “Westchester County is so supply-constrained that this a very unique opportunity to develop anything of scale,” noted Frank Cappello, president of SunCal’s eastern region.
